Founder's story
In Lahore, Pakistan, Nirmeen Malik, born into financial hardship, defied societal constraints. During her A levels, she showed resourcefulness, networking, and venturing into small-scale enterprises. Recognizing a gendered job market, she persisted in her quest for economic independence. The turning point came during COVID-19, inspiring Nirmeen to establish Daaman—an initiative connecting women with remote work, transcending personal struggles into a beacon for female empowerment.
