About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Football Executive Manager to lead the overall direction, strategy, and administration of our football operations. This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands both the business and sporting sides of football, and can manage stakeholders, budgets, and long-term vision.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute the strategic vision for the football program
- Oversee budgets, sponsorships, and commercial partnerships
- Manage relationships with football federations, leagues, and external stakeholders
- Provide leadership and direction to coaching and operations staff
- Represent the organization at official meetings and events
- Drive initiatives for talent development and organizational growth
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in football administration or sports management
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of football governance and league structures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Lahore
Nice to Have
- Background in professional or semi-professional football administration
- Existing network within local or regional football federations
- Experience managing sponsorship or commercial deals in sports
