We are seeking an experienced and data-driven eCommerce Growth Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing online sales channels, and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will leverage analytics, digital marketing strategies, and innovative solutions to maximize the performance of our eCommerce platform.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities.
- Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze website performance, user behavior, and sales data to identify improvement areas.
- Optimize website design, content, and navigation to increase conversion rates and customer retention.
- Digital Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Manage and analyze the effectiveness of paid advertising and retargeting campaigns.
- Product Management:
- Work with product teams to ensure seamless product listings, descriptions, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels for online channels.
- Customer Experience:
- Enhance the user experience by implementing features such as personalization, loyalty programs, and customer feedback mechanisms.
- Resolve customer pain points and implement tools for improved post-purchase engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to inform decision-making.
- Utilize A/B testing and other data-driven methodologies to refine strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in eCommerce growth, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools is a plus.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., fashion, tech, or FMCG) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM and email marketing tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp.
- Strong knowledge of global eCommerce trends and consumer behavior.
