About the Role:
As the Football Academy Manager, you will play an important role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our academy.
Key Responsibilities:
– Act as the primary liaison between the academy and parents/guardians, ensuring excellent communication and addressing any concerns.
– Manage all administrative aspects of the academy, including scheduling, enrollment, and record keeping.
– Coordinate with coaches, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
– Create and maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for players, parents, and visitors.
What We’re Looking For:
– Excellent communication skills: You’ll need to be approachable, clear, and effective in communicating with parents and staff alike.
– Strong administrative abilities: Ability to manage multiple tasks, keep organized, and stay on top of schedules and paperwork.
– A mature and experienced individual: Ideally, we’re looking for someone 40+ years of age, with a wealth of experience in managing teams or sports-related activities.
