A Level Politics Tutor (Home)

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable A-Levels Politics tutor to provide personalized, one-on-one tutoring at the student’s residence. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the A-Levels Politics curriculum and be able to teach concepts clearly, guide exam preparation, and conduct regular tests and past paper practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured lessons in line with the Cambridge A-Levels Politics syllabus.
• Simplify complex political theories, concepts, and case studies for easy understanding.
• Provide and conduct regular past paper practice and mock tests under exam conditions.
• Monitor the student’s academic progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Prepare lesson plans and materials in advance.
• Build a positive and motivating learning environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in teaching or tutoring A-Levels Politics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of Cambridge/A-Level exam format and marking schemes.
• Punctual, professional, and passionate about education.
• Female candidates are preferred due to the nature of the home setting.
