We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Crypto & Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a sound understanding of global financial markets, and hands-on experience with digital asset analysis.
This role requires a high level of proficiency in interpreting complex financial data, tracking macroeconomic and market trends, and generating actionable insights to inform investment strategies. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, handling confidential information, and providing structured reporting to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth technical and fundamental analysis of cryptocurrencies, equities, ETFs, and global financial instruments
- Monitor macroeconomic indicators, blockchain activity, and relevant financial news to identify key market drivers
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support investment decisions
- Interpret price movements, volume, liquidity metrics, and sentiment indicators using industry-standard tools
- Prepare concise, well-reasoned market reports and briefings for internal and external review
- Assist in portfolio allocation decisions through timely insights and risk assessments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven knowledge of digital assets, equity markets, and economic fundamentals
- Strong analytical skills and fluency in tools such as:
- TradingView, CoinMarketCap, Glassnode, Dune Analytics
- Excel/Google Sheets (advanced functions); familiarity with Python or R is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability and discretion
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, trading, portfolio management, or market research
- Exposure to DeFi protocols, on-chain data analysis, or quantitative trading strategies
- Demonstrated ability to produce research-backed insights and forecasts
- A personal or professional track record of investing, trading, or financial modeling
