We’re looking for a smart, organized, and tech-comfortable Executive Assistant to support our CEO at Daaman. This is not your average desk job — you’ll be at the heart of operations, making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes while learning how a fast-paced brand works.
If you’re confident with communication, love working with people, and know your way around modern digital tools — you might be just who we’re looking for.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO with scheduling, follow-ups, and communication
- Manage emails, messages, calls, and day-to-day correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, travel plans, and logistics
- Support in creating documents, presentations, and basic reports
- Handle errands or tasks that may require local travel in Lahore
- Maintain confidentiality and a professional attitude at all times
Competencies:
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills and confident in dealing with people
- Familiar with common software/tools like Google Docs, Sheets, Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.
- Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask
- Owns a car or bike for local travel as needed
- University students or recent graduates welcome to apply
- Based in Lahore (must be available for in-person meetings/tasks)
