We are seeking a passionate and experienced football coach to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and developing young football players, fostering a positive team environment, and contributing to the overall success of the academy.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct effective training sessions for players of various age groups.
- Develop and implement training programs that focus on technical & tactical skills and physical fitness.
- Identify and nurture talented players.
- Organize and oversee friendly matches and tournaments.
- Maintain accurate player records and progress reports.
- Promote sportsmanship, fair play, and positive team culture.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a football coach, preferably with youth teams.
- Strong knowledge of football tactics, techniques, and rules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
