About the Role
We’re hiring a passionate, qualified Football Coach to train and develop our players, build tactical game plans, and help shape a winning culture. Whether you’re focused on technical skill-building or match strategy, we want someone who can bring out the best in every player.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and lead training sessions covering technique, tactics, and fitness
- Develop match strategies and starting lineups based on player strengths
- Assess player performance and provide constructive, individualized feedback
- Foster discipline, teamwork, and a positive team culture
- Coordinate with the operations team on training schedules and logistics
- Track player development and contribute to talent scouting where needed
- Represent the team professionally during matches and public events
What We’re Looking For
- Recognized football coaching certification (AFC/UEFA or equivalent preferred)
- Coaching experience at club, academy, or competitive level
- Strong understanding of tactics and player development
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Lahore
