A renowned call centre in DHA Phase 6, Lahore is seeking energetic and motivated Telemarketing & Sales Executives to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills who are looking to build a career in sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound calls with professionalism
- Promote products and services to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities
Requirements
- FA/Graduate (fresh and experienced candidates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English language (spoken and written)
- Confidence, persistence, and a sales-driven mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed salary: PKR 25,000 – 50,000 (based on experience and expertise)
- Performance bonus: Earn up to PKR 100,000/month with incentives
