We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Female Football Academy Manager to be a key part of our growing team at Daaman FC. About the Role: As the Football Academy Manager, you will play an important role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our academy. Key Responsibilities: – Act as the primary liaison between the academy and parents/guardians, ensuring excellent communication and addressing any concerns.– Manage all administrative aspects of the academy, including scheduling, enrollment, and record keeping.– Coordinate with coaches, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.– Create and maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for players, parents, and visitors. What We’re Looking For: – Excellent communication skills: You’ll need to be approachable, clear, and effective in communicating with parents and staff alike.– Strong administrative abilities: Ability to manage multiple tasks, keep organized, and stay on top of schedules and paperwork.– A mature and experienced individual: Ideally, we’re looking for someone 40+ years of age, with a wealth of experience in managing teams or sports-related activities.
