We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Expert to oversee and strengthen people operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance processes, and HR compliance while helping build a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee onboarding and engagement initiatives
  • Oversee performance management processes
  • Support leadership with workforce planning and HR strategy
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
