About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Football Operations Manager to run the day-to-day logistics behind our football program — from training schedules to travel, equipment, and match-day operations. You’ll be the backbone that keeps everything running smoothly on and off the pitch.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and manage training schedules, facility bookings, and match logistics
- Manage equipment, kit inventory, and facility maintenance needs
- Liaise between coaching staff, players, and administrative teams
- Ensure compliance with league scheduling and match-day requirements
- Support budgeting and expense tracking for operational activities
- Handle match-day operations, including staffing and vendor coordination
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sports operations or event/logistics management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills for coordinating across teams
- Based in or willing to relocate to Lahore

- Familiarity with league regulations and match-day protocols
- Vendor and logistics management experience
