We are seeking a highly dependable and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily priorities, communication, and strategic tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with confidence.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of handling tasks professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents
- Track follow-ups and ensure deadlines are met
- Arrange travel, meetings, and key events
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
